Isabella holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida and is currently completing a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of the Cumberlands. She is in the process of completing required clinical hours as part of graduate training.
Grounded in a client-centered approach, Isabella integrates psychodynamic, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) perspectives to support individuals in exploring patterns of thought and emotion, building self-awareness, and developing meaningful coping skills. Her work emphasizes trauma-informed care and cultural sensitivity, with focus on creating a safe and collaborative therapeutic environment.
